Responsibly sourced premium quality Scottish smoked salmon freshly crafted in a traditional smokehouse located in the Royal burgh of Annan, Scotland using the finest sustainable salmon. St James Smokehouse hand-cure each fillet with a blend of pure salt and brown sugar – then naturally cold smoke the salmon over smouldering Oakwood-Chippings. Each smoked salmon fillet is carefully trimmed by hand, delicately sliced and vacuum sealed to capture that “fresh out the smoker” taste. Contains absolutely no artificial flavours or preservatives.
